Start in Arusha, fly straight to the Serengeti, enjoy game drives in Central Serengeti, and finish with a magical hot air balloon ride at sunrise over the endless plains.

- DAY1
Arrival: Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha
Welcome to Tanzania. Your Wildecho Exped driver will be waiting at the airport with a sign bearing your name and will take you to your hotel in Arusha to relax. In the evening, your guide gives you a short briefing about the safari ahead. Enjoy the pool, garden, bar and restaurant.

Fly Arusha to Central Serengeti
After breakfast, we take you to Arusha Airport for your flight to the Serengeti. Your guide meets you on arrival and your game drive starts straight away in Central Serengeti, famous for its dense wildlife (lions, leopards and elephants) and landscapes from rolling plains to riverside woodland. Arrive at camp in the evening.

Full day in Central Serengeti
A full day in the Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. Look for the Big Five, cheetahs, giraffes and many other animals. Your guide knows the best spots for photography and for watching predators and prey.

Hot air balloon safari, fly back to Arusha
Early in the morning, rise over the Serengeti in a hot air balloon as the sun comes up, with the endless plains and herds below you. After landing, enjoy a celebratory drink and a bush breakfast, then a short game drive. In the afternoon, fly back to Arusha.

Departure: Kilimanjaro Airport
After breakfast, we transfer you to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight. If you would like to continue to Zanzibar, just tell us and we will arrange everything.
6-day Ndutu calving season safari
Timed for the calving season: thousands of wildebeest calves are born at Ndutu, and the big cats are never far away.
7-day Tanzania safari experience
Elephants and baobabs in Tarangire, big cats in the Serengeti, a day in the crater and tree-climbing lions at Lake Manyara.
7-day Hadzabe & Datoga safari
